After realizing she craved food more than finance, Sam left her career in investment banking and enrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. She has since worked at some of the top restaurants in New York City, Chicago and her current home of Los Angeles, where she loves demonstrating her cooking techniques to both children and adults who enjoy learning about food. She has been featured on the cover of Jewish Living Magazine as well as the LA Daily News and the Jewish Reporter. Sam has a passion for creating healthy, realistic and delicious ways of eating. Currently Sam writes nutritious recipes for children’s websites, teaches classes around the country and stars in inspiring cooking webisodes for the Jewish Television Network.
